VeriSNP™ Universal Genetic Evaluation Order Process

Your VeriSNP™ DNA sample collection kit will consist of items to enable collection of DNA, along with a return envelope for submission of the samples.

Order process for a DNA sample collection kit and VeriSNP™ testing -

• Use the order form below to request your sample test kits. The $39.00 price includes the sample collection kit and the VeriSNP™ testing.
• You will receive email comfirmation of your payment from CFA, and the lab will confirm, via email, receipt of your request for the sample collection kit and testing order.
• Sample collection kits will be mailed to you from the lab
• Upon receipt, open the kit and complete all of the information required on the order form.
• Follow the collection instructions included with the kit. If testing more than one cat, please wash your hands between taking samples from each cat.
• Return samples, and the completed order form, in the envelope provided. Please be sure to check that the correct postage is applied to the return envelope. NOTE: It is very important that all hair and/or swabs returned are from the same feline. A separate sample collection kit is required for each cat to be tested.
• A certificate, showing VeriSNP™ testing results, will be mailed within 2-3 weeks after your samples are received in the lab.
